Kay Mitchell-Healey, MPH, CPH
Kay Mitchell-Healey holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Public Health. She is also Certified in Public Health (CPH), with a broad-based background in education and health services including applied experience in addressing behavioral health issues.
Kay has worked as an educator in preschool through 8th grade settings, providing students with individualized educational services. She also has several years of experience working with senior citizens in the home health sector. When working with seniors, Kay helped her clients to identify and address barriers to quality, independent living. This included developing and utilizing skills and activities to aid cognition and memory. Kay currently works with executive-level clients on proposal development for large state and federal public health and human services contracts.
